On Saturday, September 11 at Upper Merion Township Building Park, we will be having our annual Upper Merion Community Fair. Come and enjoy games, refreshments, booths, music and special performances and appearances from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm. Attendance is free, however there will be vendors selling items.

- If you have an organization that would like to participate in the Community Fair, please click on the Registration Form below, or download the form and fax it to (610)265-6415.
- Registration Fee for Non-profit organizations is $15, (plus table
rental) if paid by August 6;($10:00 table rental for 8-foot table -
registration must be received by August 6 for table rental), registration is
$20 thereafter. Final deadline for registration is Sep 3. Please make check
payable to “UPPER MERION TOWNSHIP”, c/o Park and Recreation Department, 175
W. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
- Registration Fee for For-profit organizations is $50, (plus table
rental) if paid by August 6;($10:00 table rental for 8-foot table -
registration must be received by August 6 for table rental), registration is
$55 thereafter. Final deadline for registration is Sep 3. Please make check
