| During the week of April 14-19, 2008, we will be celebrating Earth Week, where a number of clubs, schools and organizations will be participating in various activities to encourage earth awareness. The public is invited to the Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 19 beginning at 3:00 pm at Upper Merion Township Building Park Gazebo. Refreshments, arts and crafts, environmental exhibits, poster contest and certificates, cleanup and greenup, and the Annual Earth Day Awards, this year presented to Kravco Simon, State Rep. Daylin Leach and Upper Merion High School senior Adnan Kazim. Rain or shine, come and enjoy this day of fun and environmental education. |
